Senior Strategic Board Advisor
Hrant Jamgochian
Hrant Jamgochian serves as a Senior Strategic Board Advisor for EWA. An attorney by training, Hrant earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America. He also completed his Master of Laws (LL.M.) at the Georgetown University Law Center. Hrant is a member of the Maryland, Washington, DC and Supreme Court Bars. A lifelong learner, he is currently working on his Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Florida State University Herbert Wertheim School of Business.
Hrant is an accomplished executive, leader, and strategic thinker. Serving as the CEO for his current company over the past 15 years, he has increased annual revenue more than 10 fold. Hrant has spent most of his career in the health care and/or non-profit sectors, where he has been a part of multiple restructuring efforts, which is what drew him to EWA.
A previous candidate for public office, The Washington Post editorial board endorsed Hrant and wrote “in a strong field of 11 other candidates the best is Hrant Jamgochian, an impressively smart, politically savvy, health policy expert who could have a real impact.” Falling just short on election day, he decided instead to serve his local community as: Board Chairman for his Church; a political appointee and advisor to local government; a Board member for his local food pantry; and as a volunteer with numerous other public charities. A native of the Washington, DC area, Hrant currently lives in Grantham, New Hampshire with his family.
